New Learning Resources Online (NLRO) is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). NLRO is the distance learning division of North New Summit School which is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and School Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), and the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE).

New Learning Resources School District is accredited by AdvancEd: the Southern Association of Colleges and School Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).  In addition, the school district is accredited by the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE).

Distance Education and Training Council

New Learning Resources Online is an accredited member of Distance Education and Training Council. The accrediting commission's recognition by the U.S. Department of Education as the nationally recognized accredited agency, for online schools and distance education.
